About these Christmas sounds

This set has the Christmas sounds on Daily Sounds, plus the winter and New Year's Eve ones that go with them. Sleigh Bells is just a steady jingle for about nine seconds. Ho Ho Ho is a deep, loud Santa laugh, and Elf Laugh is a quick little giggle for one of his helpers. Choose And Open Gift is a present getting picked and opened, like in a mobile game. Music Box Bell Strike is one sweet ping for a magic moment, and Church Bell Toll is a single deep bell for midnight. The rest is the cold outside, like boots crunching through snow and wind blowing around the house, plus the fireworks and cheering for New Year's Eve.

People use these for Christmas videos and cozy winter edits, school plays and church programs, holiday parties, or just playing on a porch speaker while the lights are up. Every sound is its own MP3, so you just grab the ones you need and build your own mix.

Here's an easy way to build a cozy Christmas Eve scene. Start with Crackling Fire in the background. It runs about 80 seconds, so loop it if your scene goes longer. Put Biting Winter Winds or Snowstorm Blow under it, way quieter, so it sounds like the wind is outside the window. Then every so often drop a little something on top, like a few seconds of Sleigh Bells, the Music Box Bell Strike or one Church Bell Toll. Space them out and mix up the gaps, so it doesn't sound like a loop. And save Ho Ho Ho for when Santa actually walks in.

Keep the fire and the wind low enough to talk over, and only bring the bells and the laugh up. Bells and fireworks can get sharp on phone speakers and earbuds, so check them at the volume you'll really play them at. Countdown Beeps runs about four seconds, so start it that far ahead of midnight, then go right into the fireworks and the Crowd Cheer.
