Using Daily Sounds

Daily Sounds lets creators browse, preview, upload, and download sound effects. You agree to use the service lawfully and not interfere with platform security, ads, moderation, or other users.

Downloads and licenses

Each sound should display its license before public launch. Unless a sound has a specific license shown, do not assume it is cleared for commercial use. Daily Sounds should finalize license labels before accepting real uploads.

Creator uploads

Uploaders must own the rights to their audio or have permission to share it. Uploaders grant Daily Sounds the rights needed to host, preview, promote, distribute, monetize, and moderate uploaded sounds.

Ads and monetization

Downloads may be supported by advertising. Do not click ads fraudulently, encourage others to click ads, automate downloads, bypass ad gates, or manipulate creator revenue metrics.

Payouts

Creator revenue share and payout features are planned but not final. Any displayed earnings in the current demo are illustrative until payment processing, fraud review, tax details, and final payout terms are configured.

Enforcement

Daily Sounds may remove content, disable downloads, limit accounts, or withhold payouts when needed to protect rights holders, users, advertisers, and the platform.
