1. The service

DailySounds (dailysounds.org) is a free library of original sound effects from Daily Sounds and DailySounds creators. You can preview and download sounds without an account. The site is supported by advertising. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Using the sounds

Downloaded sounds may be used as described in the sound license. In short: use them in your own projects, including commercial ones, but don't resell or redistribute the raw files.

3. Acceptable use

  • Don't scrape, bulk-download or mirror the library, or overload the site with automated requests.
  • Don't try to break, bypass or interfere with the site or its advertising.
  • Don't use the site for anything illegal.

4. Copyright

We respect intellectual property. If you think a sound infringes your rights, follow the takedown process and we'll review it.

5. YouTube

DailySounds uses YouTube API Services: sound pages embed the YouTube player, and Daily Sounds Publisher, our internal publishing tool, uses the YouTube Data API to post our own videos to the Daily Sounds channel. By using DailySounds or Daily Sounds Publisher, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, and ours in our privacy policy.

6. Ads and other third-party services

The site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and YouTube are run by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. See our privacy policy for details.

7. No warranty

The site and the sounds are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DailySounds isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the sounds. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $0.

9. Changes

We may update the site, the library or these terms at any time. If we make a significant change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
