Daily Sounds should only host audio that uploaders own or are authorized to share.

Reporting infringement

Before launch, Jayden should add a confirmed copyright agent/contact email. A complete notice should include:

• Your name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The Daily Sounds URL or sound ID for the material at issue.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the rights owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your upload was removed and you believe it was a mistake, Daily Sounds should provide a counter-notice process after the final legal contact is configured.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may be restricted or removed.
